At Shepherd Jewelry, we stand behind the quality of every piece we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 90 days of receiving your order.
  • We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items.
  • Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and in new condition.
  • Return Method: Returns must be completed in-store.
  • Restocking Fee: None – returns are completely free of charge.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  • All refunds are issued in USD.

3. Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges at this time. If you received a defective or incorrect item, please return it and request a refund. You are welcome to place a new order for the desired piece.
